1. APPLICATION OF TERMS

a. you agree to these Terms; and
b. if you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm you are authorised to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms:

CGA means the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue, data, damage, liability, legal costs, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Product means any Revilogy item displayed for sale on the Website.
Underlying System means any network, system, software or data that supports the Website.
User ID means your login credentials.
Revilogy, we, us, our means Revilogy Limited.

You means the end user or purchaser.

4. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

4.2 If provided a User ID, you must keep it secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

d. third-party links or websites

6.2 We make no representation that the Website is suitable for use outside New Zealand.

6.3 We may correct errors or cancel orders that contain incorrect information (including after an order is submitted).

7. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

7.1 Except as required under the CGA:
a. you use the Website at your own risk; and
b. we are not liable for any Loss relating to your use of the Website or Products.

7.2 Nothing excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If liability cannot be excluded, it may be limited to the amount paid for the Product (excluding shipping).

7.3 Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is NZD $100.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8.1 Refunds or returns are only provided as required under the CGA.
8.2 We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or suitability issues.
8.3 Used Products may only qualify for partial refunds at our discretion.
8.4 Restocking fees may apply.
8.5 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8.6 Redelivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
8.7 Photos or physical returns may be required for faulty items.

b. limit quantities per customer or address

18. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PROMOTIONS

18.1 Subscription customers agree to these Terms.
18.2 Promotions are subject to our Promotions Policy and may change without notice.
18.3 We may showcase third-party items but are not responsible for their quality, performance, or claims.

19. GENERAL

19.1 We may contact you via email or website notices.
19.2 These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
19.3 Sections intended to continue after termination will do so.
